A member asked:

4 days ago the condom stayed inside with no semen inside, i took a plan b less than 24hrs later and have been having cramps and nausea, did it work ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It should work: Plan B works most of the time, but not all of the time. One should do a home urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after Plan B. Also, use reliable forms of birth control all the time so that Plan B will rarely be needed (hopefully never) in the future. If there is no semen, it would be almost impossible for conception to occur. That said, life can surprise you sometimes.
