Testing/diary: These are potentially 2 issues. You can have a gluten sensitivity that is similar to what some people have with dairy. They don't digest the sugar in milk, so they have bloating & other symptoms. A food diary with selective inclusion/avoidance can sort that out. Celiac disease is a gluten sensitivity that triggers immune markers you can find by blood tests. You must be eating gluten before testing
