Consultation: If you have any reason to believe there is a problem with suture glue and residual blood you should call the physician who did the procedure immediately. That physician will determine what course of action to take. If however there is an emergency with what appears to be excessive bleeding and/or an infection than you should go to an emergency room or Urgent Care center immediately.
