Why bother: By the age of 1 year a kid should have a broad diet including meats, fruits and vegetables & can be fed whatever the family is having. I find no need to continue any formula product past that point. Regular milk is an easy source for the calcium the kid needs in addition to his/her regular diet. Formulas are promoted but rarely used after 1 yr in the USA. This must be a regional thing.
