Had vasectomy done 2 hours ago &now have uncomfortable dull ache in right epididymis (i think), low abs & low back, as though i had been hit in the balls.of course i expected some pain, but unsure if a dull ache of this kind is normal so soon after?

Postop: It certainly isn't unusual to experience these symptoms so soon after a vasectomy, but if discomfort is severe or if there is marked swelling,fever,chills or increasing tenderness, the urologist who performed the procedure will want to be notified.
