Orthotics: It's like adding a cutsom foot bed to all your shoes. Very effective at treating a range of conditions. That and treating any underlying condition causing the pain.

SEE PODIATRIST: There are many reasons for foot pain. You need to be seen by a podiatrist, who can do a complete history and physical, probably x-rays, to develop a plan for you. Regards, Dr. Latva
