Possibly : Aripiprazole is inconsistently associated with akathesia more than the other atypical antipsychotic medications available. Unclear why that’s the case but akathesia is an inner restlessness/agitation, frequently with external mannifestation involving the feet/legs/lower extremities. Foot tapping in mild cases but inability to sit still in extreme cases. See the prescriber sooner rather than later
