Germ odors: The vaginal environment is moist & supports growth of a variety of germs that can produce foul odor. Intercourse will ventilate the area and expose low grade off gassing of the odor that may otherwise not be obvious. This may/not have anything to do with the IUD. A doc visit to evaluate for/treat a vaginitis would be reasonable.
