"Lightening": No, lightening is not something that will appear in a thunderstorm but is something that "strikes" most pregnant women at 35+ weeks- the baby dropping further down in the pelvis in preparation for impending labor within 4 weeks. So, the "labor storm" will soon follow when the "rain" (bag of waters) comes down.
