Pelvic us/tvus for suspected ovarian cyst, is the red blob and blue blob just blood flow to the ovary or could it be something else?

It depends.: Red/blue with Color Doppler ultrasound signifies directional blood flow, but without additional info it can't be determined whether it is normal or abnormal. But yes, it could be just normal ovarian flow.
