No: Abortions are spontaneous abortions (also called a natural miscarriage) or elective abortions (a person does something to purposely cause a miscarriage). Taking abortion pills in the first couple of months of pregnancy causes the baby fetus to die... and it all resembles a spontaneous abortion (a natural miscarriage). A few months later, a woman physically should be already back to usual.

Best wishes: I have nothing to add beyond reassuring you that my colleague is correct and it will be impossible for another person to detect that you have been pregnant. I do hope, very much, that you'll do everything you can to avoid becoming pregnant until you know you are ready to be a mother.
