Probably not: There are many reasons for stomach pain, or abdominal pain. many are less serious, gastroenteritis, gas pain. Some can be more significant like appendicitis. I would never tell someone that it's impossible for them to have cancer, however, I'll tell you this. It is highly unlikely at your age that this would be cancer. I would advise seeing a doctor if it continues or gets worse.
