From 2 months i have started(with my dr) decreasing the dose of seroxat from 25mg till 10mg.but i am gaining more weight.is it normal and what to do?

Weight : I would suggest that reducing the dose has not caused your wt gain. You need to increase your exercise and reduce your caloric intake. Good Luck
