What congenital disease causes organs to be detached from the body?

I don't understand: I don't understand your question. Do you mean when someone is born without certain organs at all? Or do you mean something like omphalocele or gastroschisis where the abdominal wall does not close up all the way (in utero) and the abdominal contents can be outside the abdomen (but still attached)?
