Been having tiny staph pimples (dx by md), on&off for 4 months, that i treat with mupirocin. will i always have them? should i try oral antibiotics?

Applying an antibiotic ointment 2X/day to both sides can sometimes end the carriage. At some point if this does not help an oral antibiotic used at the same time as any topical treatments may be needed to end the cycle of re-infection.
