L LBP c LLQ pain : There is a long list of things which can cause left sided back pain. The same holds true for pain in the left lower abdomen. There is a long list of things that can cause left sided low back pain along with abdominal pain. When reporting these symptoms to your doctor, be sure to provide more descriptors so your doctor can determine what organs/systems may be involved, let alone make a diagnosis.
