It could be: Changing oral contraceptive pills with a different hormone formulation can cause a minimization of the endometrium and thus no period. If you have been taking the new pills as directed and your risk of pregnancy is zero due to no sexual activity then this may be normal .Run a pregnancy test and notify the MD who changed the pills.
