Infection: You may have a yeast infection, but it could also be bacterial vaginosis, or an STD like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or herpes. Since you can't get to the doctor, you could try an over the counter yeast treatment like miconazole cream. However, if that doesn't work, you should definitely see your doctor in the next few days.
