What do air fluid levels t/o colon on ct scan represent? could it be colon cancer or would that be seen independently from this? severe constipation!

Talk to doctor: All results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, air fluid levels in intestine are an indication of obstruction, even partial obstruction could produce that pattern.
