Npcephalic with fetal spine pointing towards maternal left side what it means is it possible for normal delivery now i am 36 weeks and 5day?

Cephalic: the important word here is "cephalic", which means that the baby's head is down. It is not important at this time how the baby is positioned, as he or she can still move somewhat before delivery. As long as the head is down, vaginal delivery should be possible.
