78 yr old man with shortness of breath upon exertion.lung tests all fine, echo/stress test fine.can gerd cause shortness of breath upon exertion?

Unlikely GERD: It is cardiac in origin. 2 more tests can be done. Calcium count of coronary arteries- not covered by insurance- costs $ 100. The gold standard test is coronary angiogram.
