Infection?: Typically from having cystitis (bladder infection). The infection may be bacterial (needs antibiotics) or viral (needs time) so a urine test will help. Dehydration can also cause burning. Take plenty of fluids and over the counter "pyridium" for a day or two. If pain worsens or it associates with abdominal pain, fever, nausea or any other symptom of infection, then see your doctor asap.
