Depends on symptoms: So far we do not have such a test, but soon AI may come up with the answer.

No one test: There is no one or even a battery of tests that would suffice for complete evaluation. It generally takes a good history taking, physical examination and selected tests or imaging. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

No such thing: Many companies that depend on their highly compensated executives put them through an annual "Executive" physical that includes many parts. There are thousands of tests & each must be selected based on patient personal & family history, age, symptoms and lifestyle. Even after a normal thorough evaluation you could drop dead a week later from an unsuspected problem. Such is life !!!
