Anovulatory: cycle: best managed with the use of BC pills, strenghth to be determined by GYN. I would also suggest a thyrod evaluation.

Missing periods: You need to discuss with your gynecologist why you are not getting your period. You should be evaluated for hyperprolactinemia, hypothyroid, PCOS, and other possible causes. You may also want to consider taking birth control regularly to bring on your period, or using an IUD or implant to protect the uterine lining.
