Stress is a difficult word, it can make us grow stronger, adapt and change to face life with confidence. It does not cause wrinkles. Drinking alcohol, getting poor sleep, smoking, other lifestyle changes to cope ( sun filled vacations) do cause wrinkles earlier. Good skin care twice a day is Healthy and delays ageing.
