Test blood + urine: If you have had unprotected genito-sexual relationship with a fertile man, you do need to rule out pregnancy with a blood (and urine ) betaHCG testing performed by a reliable lab. A delayed period and “pregnancy symptoms” due to hormonal alterations may mimic an early pregnancy.
