Anxiety?: You probably have anxiety but do an ultrasound to see if growth is appropriate.

No, if...: No, you should not be "worried" if the OB MD did developmental intrauterine evaluation during your prenatal care visits, including serial ultrasounds.

Schedule follow up: The Obgyn treating your pregnancy can assess fetal growth. We do not have enough information to provide insight. You and your doctor may decide that an ultrasound is warranted to confirm the baby is growing appropriately. It is perfectly reasonable to ask that question to your physician
