Should i be concerned with my one yr old daughters platelet level at 485?

Not particularly: Although above the usual normal values it does not necessarily mean something bad. Some consider a count at that level a very non-specific stress response that may or may not occur during any illness.

Child has had 2 CBCs months apart showing high HGb (13.9, 13.8) and HCT (41%, 43.2%). Platelets also high but most likely due to viral infection both times. Should I be concerned about HGB and HCT levels in my 4 year old. Everything else within range?
What numbers does doctors start worrying about with platelet counts. Mines was 415 normal range: 200-400 per lab. Its been that level for 1 yr now. ?
