Can i take a tylenol sinus congestion tablet 6 hours after i take a zyrtek? sinus congestion is really bad.

Yes: The ingredients of TS do not interfere with Zyrtec or aggravate the occasional sleepiness seen in some as a side effect. You may also benefit from using afrin nasal spray to open any swollen nasal membranes. It should only be used for 2-3 days before stopping for several.( needs to rest)
