30 yo man, i saw red blood conteined in transparent mucus no mixed with stool, it was just one time so i did nothing, after 1 month it happened again so i had a stool test, no parasites, not even occult blood, i have no other symptoms, what is it?

Probable proctitis: or hemorrhoiditis ( small vein inflammation in the anal verge and rectum). I suggest an examination and digital rectal exam ( DRE) with stool testing for microscopic blood and formal anoscopy .
