My son is 23 weeks old , and do pooh 5-6 times a day, is it normal ? do i need concern with doc ?

Maybe: Breast fed kids can poo every feed or once a week. They usually slow down after solids are added to their diet.Formula fed babies usually go 2-4 X /d . So your kid may or may not fall into the normal category, Bring it uo at the next checkup.
