See your physician: There are many causes of the symptoms that you are having. If your doctor checked your uric acid and vitamin D levels, he/she probably also checked some tests of kidney function, so you simply need to ask. As the the symptoms that you are having, you need to go back to your physician for a thorough evaluation to find the cause, so that you can get appropriate treatment for them.
