Can plucking or pulling out eyelashes cause ptosis?

Wouldn't think so: Ptosis is due to either muscle weakness or a nerve issue with the levator muscle. The eyelashes are not hooked to either structure. An eyelash picker can develop ptosis due to other medical issues just as a normal person would.
