Make appt: Yes, I agree, you likely have a sinus infection. I would try to schedule with a HealthTap Concierge Doc in your state or try HealthTap Prime. They should be able to help you and possibly prescribe an antibiotic with a virtual appointment over the internet. Otherwise, consider going in to the urgent care or your PCP office.

Research: As you have been diagnosed with infected sinus in the past it seems to have recurred, please see Ear/Nose/Throat Specialist to determine cause and provide appropriate treatment. Would also recommend that you see your Dentist to rule out Dental or periodontal coincidental infection.

Sinusitis: A cold is usually caused by a virus. It is expected to improve or resolve within 10 days. Patients should be managed with supportive care. Patients who fail to improve after ≥10 days of symptomatic management are more likely to have bacterial infection and might need antibiotics.
