STI exposure ???: I am sorry, the timing and description of your symptoms could be from HIV exposure, and prodromal syndrome. Do you have a sore throat? More likely than HIV, would be a pharyngitis from Chlamydia or gonorrhea. Regardless, be seen ASAP by a provider experienced and comfortable providing medical care to men who have sex with men.
