How close together can i take metoprolol xl 50 mg & clonidine 0.3 mg ?

Does not matter: Can take together if desired. Check your vial for label directions from your physician. The XL means sustained release over 24 hours. Clonidine is usually once a day as well. Once the med is in your bloodstream the amounts stay about the same because of the duration of action of the drug.
