9 yo w/ hfm. day 5. fever gone. other son just has stomach ache, pimples on bottom? related? will he get fever/more sores or just pimples on bottom?

Running it's course: Pimples/blisters around the genitals/anus are common to HFM. Other sores may or may not appear this late in the illness. HFM is caused by gut viruses so abdominal pain or loose stools are occasional symptoms which fade with recovery. If fever is gone it should stay gone.
