I itch my scalp and black dots comes off along with dandruff. i checked online and they all said something about lice, but i'm not sure what it is..

Lice can mimick: dandruff; however, direct observation using a magnified light will show moving parasites as well as eggs on the hair shafts, Dandruff will appear as oily/dry scalp skin and yes, both can occur at the same time. Please get examined.
