See your Dr: Since your home urine test was ?, I would recommend seeing your Dr to repeat the test (possibly get a urine culture if really suspicious), and also rule out other causes for low back pain, such as a lumbar sprain, kidney stone or sacroiliitis etc. The discharge is probably unrelated to your back pain but you could get that treated at the same time!
