Could you tell me how long it takes your immune system to recover from lack of sleep?

Immune/sleep: Some parts of the immune system (cellular mediated) are immediately changed (fast changes in chemical mediators such as cytokines), but humoral mediated immunity can sometimes take more time, such as weeks to months to recover, also dependent on degree of sleep deprivation and duration.
