Flagyl: I think this question is best answered by your obstetrician and your pharmacist who has more access to information regarding medications. I have read that it's not recommended to take flagyl during the first three months of pregnancy but I would defer to the advice from your obstetrician and pharmacist.

FDA pregnancy: Category b: use of (flagyl) Metronidazole for trichomoniasis is contraindicated during the first trimester; the manufacturer makes no further recommendations regarding use during pregnancy. Best to consult your obstetrician regarding any risk. Best regards for a for a good pregnancy and a healthy baby.
