Don't self medicate: Did the physician who prescribed the medication know that you are pregnant? Are you self medicating with antibiotics that were prescribed for a previous infection? Please clear any and all medications with your OBGyn before taking them.

Yes: The CDC recommends treatment of BV in pregnant women BV can lead to PROM (prematurity)and other problems. Studies show macrobid is safe in pregnancy for uncomplicated UTI but not for a kidney infection if you have flank pain. No drug interactions exist between these 2 agents https://www.cdc.gov/std/bv/treatment.htm
