How long should i wait to retest for hsv 1/2? i tested + for igm and - for igg 11 days post exposure to hsv 1. then tested - igg 8 wks post ex. no sxs

No need to retest: Unless you have symptoms, there is nothing to be gained by testing. There is no cure for HSV. Medication would be used only if you have troublesome symptoms and that would be to relieve symptoms only. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
