Yes, but....: It would be considered "premature menopause". It is very unusual to go through menopause before 48 y/o. The average age in the us is 52 y/o, but many women start at around 48 y/o and others don't start the menopause until well into their 50's. Menopause at 36 y/o wouild be considered premature menopause and should be evaluated by your healthcare provider.
