I woke up this morning with severe neck and upper back pain and it is difficult to turn my neck, my right arm tingles. this happened before a year ago, and i could only resolve it with a chiropractor that adjusted a displaced bone in my neck.

Neck pain : As a chiropractor and doctor of internal medicine, I can't tell how important a good examination is to understand your condition. Chiropractors treat "subluxed" joints not displaced bones. I am concerned you have an inflamed nerve in your neck that may be from a displaced disc.
