I have pain in my right shoulder blade. and when i yawn or breath in it hurts on my right side ribs. what do you think i should do?

Scapula pain: Pain in this area can be due to scapula pathology itself or due to a pinched nerve root which emanates from the vertebrae in the neck. Another possibility is a lung lesion or inflammation of the lung lining(pleurisy).
