Burning nipples sens: Since both nipples have been involved, possible causes include friction,especially from exercising, reaction to bra material or various body lotions,soap,perfume,etc or even infection,especially if there is associated discharge. Try avoiding ill fitting bra, put a gauze over the nipples. See MD as needed.
