Is it normal for my hcg level of 360 to go up to 1098 in just 3 days exactly 72 hours apart because i was told not to get my hopes up about thhis preg?

Hcg levels: Your hcg levels sound like they are rising normally. A normal rise is generally considered to be approximately double over 48 hours - which your numbers did. At a level of 1098, it is still generally too early to see if a pregnancy is viable on ultrasound. At this point I would recommend continuing to follow with your doctor. No need to worry yet.
