Missing info: The dosing for any kid depends on many factors. Weight is one, age another but the target infection is important too. Dosing for amoxicillin would be very different for a UTI where the drug is concentrated in the urine, vs an ear infection where it must find its way into mucus. If you start over & provide the missing data someone can decide if you are correct.
