Depends on how much: Alcohol is toxic to living tissues (we humans happen to be a complex glob of living tissues), so avoid drinking too much. Even though alcohol does not have a direct relationship to ibuprofen, both drugs do cause gastritis. Gastritis is irritation and inflammation of one's stomach lining... and can show up as heartburn, upper abdominal pain, excessive burping, stomach bleeding (if unlucky), etc...
